About R Salon & Spa's Owners

Brandon & Michelle Summit have known each other since high school and were married in 2005. The Summit’s entrance into the health & beauty industry started with Brandon’s graduation from massage therapy school in 2003. Brandon was hired as a massage therapist at Hibiscus Spa at the Marriott Grande Dunes. Michelle graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and served as a general manager of Myrtle Beach area Subway restaurants before attending esthetician school in 2006. The day Michelle graduated from aesthetics school, Brandon & Michelle bought R Salon & Spa.
