Kim is originally from upstate New York and received her cosmetology education at New Penn Hair School. Kim owned and operated her own hair salon in New York for 10 years where she developed her skills from specialized training at JC Penney and Regis Salons. Kim competed in the Mrs. NY America pageant and was a stylist for some of the contestants. She has attended hair shows in Niagara Falls and throughout New York City.

Kim specializes in customer satisfaction with precision cuts, color, hi-lites, low-lites, perms, up-do styles and facial waxing. Kim prides herself in listening to her clients wants and needs to help them achieve the exact look they desire. Since moving to South Carolina, Kim has worked at Carte Hair Salon in Florence and has been at R Salon and Spa of Myrtle Beach for the last 3 years. Kim finds that education is  a life process and has attended trainings for the Goldwell and Schwartzkopf Color Lines. She is also trained for the Jane Iredale Make-up and the B. Kamins Skincare Lines.
